Any additional guests must be reported in advance to the Casa LM administration. Without prior authorization, no one other than those listed in the plan may enter or stay in the property.
All guests must present valid identification for registration. Foreign nationals must show a passport with an entry stamp into Colombia.
Minors may only enter if accompanied by their parents, and documentation proving the relationship will be required at check-in.
Hotel Casa LM provides all public utilities: electricity, drinking water, gas, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. The host is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the service providers.
No events of any kind are allowed without prior authorization from the management.
The property reserves the right to admit support staff such as musicians, decorators, service personnel, etc.
Guests must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during their stay at the house. Otherwise, we will be forced to either remove the individual causing the disturbance or, if necessary, immediately suspend the reservation.
Guests will be held responsible for their own actions as well as those of all other occupants of the house (excluding the HOST's staff), including occasional visitors, in the event of any compensation claims resulting from damage or harm caused to the host/property owner. This includes both regular and recreational activities carried out within the property.
The assignment or subletting of the rented property is expressly prohibited. Failure to comply with this obligation will render this contract null and void, with the HOST retaining any amounts paid by the GUEST up to the date on which such nullification takes place.
Under no circumstances may guests use the address of Casa Hotel LM, the subject of this agreement, as their primary residence.
At the time of check-in, guests must present valid legal identification. Colombian nationals must provide their national ID card (cédula de ciudadanía), and foreign nationals must present a passport bearing the entry stamp from the legal authority that authorized their entry into the country. Minors must be identified with their civil registry, identity card, and/or passport. If they are not accompanied by their parents, they must carry a notarized or apostilled authorization issued by the competent authority permitting their stay at our property.
Only the individuals included in the guest list submitted to the landlord will be allowed to enter the property. This list must be provided no later than one week prior to arrival and must include full names and identification details.
Guests must comply with the noise level regulations established in the National Police Code during their stay. Any fines imposed on the property due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests.
Valuable items such as electronic devices, jewelry, among others, must be kept under your custody in the safety deposit boxes.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions by the guests entitles the HOST to unilaterally terminate the rental agreement without any refund.
Guests assume full responsibility for the choices they make before, during, and after their stay at the property.
The use of the property for human trafficking is strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to host or allow entry to minors who do not have a family relationship with the tenants.
In the event of a refund due to cancellations made within the allowed period, the client or the issuing agency will assume the financial and administrative cost equivalent to 15% of the total guarantee amount.
THE HOUSE SUPPORTS THE CAMPAIGN "LA MURALLA SOY YO", WHICH SEEKS TO ERADICATE SEXUAL TOURISM IN THE CITY. ARTICLE 17 OF LAW 679 OF 2001 WARNS GUESTS THAT THE EXPLOITATION AND SEXUAL ABUSE OF MINORS IN COLOMBIA ARE PUNISHABLE UNDER CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT LEGAL REGULATIONS.
The entry of sexual companions or the consumption of substances prohibited by law is not allowed.
Parties must be previously consulted and approved by the administration, and must comply with the regulations established by the district for such events.
Casa LM is committed to environmental sustainability and invites its guests to adopt responsible behavior towards the city and its surroundings, respecting established regulations. Non-compliance will have legal implications under Law 1336 of 2009.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they take all their belongings with them. If an item is left behind and found in the house, it will be returned; however, Baru Luxury is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
Boat Rentals:
The reservation will be confirmed upon payment of 50% of the contracted amount and the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before departure. No vessel will be allowed to depart from the dock without full payment of the reservation.
Boat rates and availability are subject to change. Prices may vary based on fuel cost adjustments or the season. These modifications will only apply if payment has not yet been made; once payment is confirmed, the rate will remain fixed.
The duration of the trip to the Rosario Islands is 8 hours Boarding time is at 8:00 a.m.
until 5:00 p.m. disembarkation time.
The boarding time for the Bay Tour is from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. disembarkation time.
Yachts depart from Club Náutico Manga, Club de Pesca, or the Los Pegasos dock, depending on the location of the vessel.
Boats depart from Santa Cruz Dock, Club Náutico, or Los Pegasos Dock, depending on where the vessel is located.
The overnight service is offered only when a full-day rental has been booked. Otherwise, overnight stays are not available.
When the yacht stays overnight away from its home port, it must be docked at a safe harbor or anchored in a sheltered and secure location. Navigation is strictly prohibited after 5:00 p.m. when the yacht is overnighting away from its base.
Only the number of guests quoted and listed in the guest list will be allowed on board.
If clients arrive after the scheduled boarding time 8:00 a.m. the time lost will be deducted from the total 8 hours duration of the trip.
Clients must ensure they take all their belongings with them. If any items are forgotten and later found on board, they will be returned. However, Baru Luxury is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items.

Los servicios adicionales a bordo del yate se cobran a parte.
El servicio de DJ solo aplica para los yates. Este tiene un costo adicional al alquiler. Para solicitar el servicio deben comunicarse con el administrador previamente para cotizar el valor del servicio.
El perímetro permitido para el alquiler de embarcaciones comprende la Bahía de Cartagena de Indias, “Tierra Bomba”, “Isla Grande” y “Barú”. Ninguno de nuestros capitanes está autorizado a ir más allá de estas zonas, y en caso de que el cliente lo desee, deberá comunicárselo a un miembro del equipo de Baru Luxury.
Refund Policy / Non-refundable
The seller agent ("EL EMISIVO") must report the sale and/or reservation on the day following the transaction.
The seller agent must transfer the full reservation amount, minus their commission, within five (5) business days of receiving the reservation, and in any case, before the start of the services.
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a 50% refund of the total trip amount, provided that 100% of the charter fee has been paid. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance and “no shows” are non-refundable. Penalties are calculated based on the full retail price (PVP).
In the event of a refund due to cancellations made within the allowed period, the client or the issuing agency will assume the financial and administrative cost equivalent to 15% of the total guarantee amount.
If on the day of the reservation the Port Authority issues a red flag warning, the event may be rescheduled to another date if both parties agree, or 100% of the charter fee paid will be refunded. Rain is not a valid reason for cancellation, as it does not prevent sailing.
If the client does not show up on the day of the charter, no refund will be granted.
In the case of refunds, the amount will be returned only to the person or company that made the original payment, using the same payment method.
Additionally, a signed letter requesting the refund must be submitted, with a signature matching the supporting documents.
If the client wishes to change the reservation date, this can only be done if the boat is available on the requested date. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
Important to keep in mind
Prices apply to all individuals aged four (4) and older.
High season is considered to be from the second half of December through the first half of January, and during Holy Week (the entire week).
